Prescribing the EarPopper
| The healthcare provider should write a prescription for "EarPopper" on a prescription pad and give it to the patient with a copy of the EarPopper Patient Information Sheet and the Pharmacist Instruction Sheet. |

Filled within 24 hours at most pharmacies |
| The patient can fill their EarPopper (EP-2100) prescription through most pharmacies. PLEASE NOTE: To fill the prescription, the pharmacy will need to order the device and should have it available within 24 hours. |
| The EarPopper sells for approximately $200, however, the cost may vary depending on the patient's insurance coverage, co-pay amounts and the individual pharmacy. |
CONTRAINDICATIONS
- Patients who will be using the device at home should be instructed not to
use the EarPopper in the presence of severe ear infection, upper respiratory infection,
heavy nasal congestion, or cold symptoms without first consulting their physician.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
- Patients may feel a pressure change and/or “pop” in one or both
ears after use of the EarPopper. The ears may feel temporarily “clogged”
after inflation. This sensation is an indication that the procedure is working
correctly and it should decrease within a few minutes.
